We are the Wide Awake Bakery. We work in partnership with Oechsner Farms, Cayuga Pure Organics, and Farmer Ground Flour, and thanks to their hard work we are able to bake with the finest local grains and locally milled flour. We aim to provide you with the best bread, pasta, and pastries you've ever had.

We sell bread through our Breadshare, and we have a number of distribution sites in the Ithaca area. We also sell at the Trumansburg farmer's market.

We are excited to be part of the thriving agriculture and food culture here in the Ithaca area, and we see the bakery as a way to honor and give back to our community.
